Testing and debugging in live
The configuration of my workspace which combines Macbook Pro, Windows, Unity and the Oculus Quest is finally complete.
Thanks to this, I can now, as soon as I press play in Unity, directly see my scene in my Oculus Quest headset thanks to the Oculus Link.
It may seem trivial, but this configuration avoids having to compile the program each time and also gives me access to the console and all the other live debugging tools and functions.
In other great news, the new Oculus Quest, the Oculus Quest 2, was announced this week. I’ll be doing a post about it soon, and I will also have to decide if I will develop my project for this new piece of hardware.
