
UI prototype is over
I continued to work on the different UI levels of the project. As of now, the canvas can be changed using buttons or controller triggers, as you can see on the intro UI in the video.
The game itself now has its three levels of UI: Game UI, Pause Menu UI, and 2D Overlay UI.
Where is 2D?
As you can see from the video, I haven’t worked with 2D since my very first prototype. This is intentional, I’ll be using my next and final mod – Digital Playgrounds for the Online Public – to work with 2D game design and pixel art design.
